How and when do you ship?

 We ship most business days from our Houston, Texas studio. Within the U.S., we ship via USPS Priority Mail. Domestic shipping fees are $4 for orders up to $30 in a padded envelope (for example Wee Weaver, Stash Blaster 5.0), $5 for orders from $36 (for example, Swatch Maker 8.0, 10.0 or 12.0 looms), $8 for orders up to $100, and free in the United States for orders $100 and up. We ship orders within 2 - 3 business days, but usually much faster. From Houston to other major metropolitan areas, Priority Mail typically takes 2 days; for rural areas it may be 3 days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email when your order has shipped — if you haven't received it, please check your spam folder.

 

What about international shipping?

International shipping is based on dimensions, value, weight and destination. If you'd like a shipping quote in advance, please send an email to info@purlandloop.com with the details of your intended order. We may be able to ship USPS First Class International to Canada and the UK but we please understand that we cannot track the package once it leaves the United States.

We adhere to all customs requirements and cannot mark the package as a gift or falsify the value. Any taxes/duties/customs fees charged by your country are strictly your responsibility.

How can I pay?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax of 8.25% is charged if the shipping address is in Texas.

What is your return policy?

We produce our hand made products in limited quantities. We also carry a very limited, carefully chosen supply of other books, embroidery kits and yarn. Many of our products also come with intellectual property in the form of detailed step-by-step photo instructions. This intellectual property provides valuable information on how to make the designs and use the products. Therefore, we cannot accept any returns unless you receive a damaged item. In this case, a refund or exchange can be arranged.

Please contact us immediately by emailing info@purlandloop.com. Damage must be reported within 48 hours of your order being delivered.

What if my order is a gift?

If you leave us a note in the checkout process, we'll be happy to leave out the invoice.

Do you take wholesale orders?

Most of our Purl & Loop brand items are available wholesale. If you’re a retailer interested in selling them, please email us at info@purlandloop.com.

What is a Stash Blaster Tamer?

During the process of producing our products, we sometimes generate wood waste that might otherwise be thrown away. We created the Stash Blaster Tamer from such waste in order to fully utilize as much wood as possible. The tamer has a 2” ruler and small holes. The ruler is for simple convenience and the small holes are for holding yarns and threads you may want to use later.
